1. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Our quotes are based on a standard installation. If a site inspection reveals that your roof or electrical switchboard requires extra work to meet safety standards, we will discuss this with you face-to-face before proceeding. No hidden surprises.

2. Orders & Deposits

• To secure your installation date and stock, a deposit is required.

• The balance is due on the day of installation (or as agreed in your specific invoice).

• Ownership of the goods (panels, inverters, batteries) remains with IMS ENERGY until full payment is received.

3. Installation & Access

• We aim to install on the scheduled date. However, safety is our priority—weather conditions (rain/high wind) may require us to reschedule.

• You agree to provide clear, safe access to your property for our installers and electricians.

4. Warranties

• Workmanship: We stand by our work. IMS ENERGY provides a warranty on our installation labor (refer to your specific contract for the duration, typically 5-10 years).

• Products: Panels and inverters are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in lodging claims if equipment fails.

5. STCs (Solar Rebates)

• By accepting our quote, you agree to assign the Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) to IMS ENERGY or our trading partners as part payment for your system. This is how we apply the upfront discount to your quote.

6. Liability While we take every care, IMS ENERGY is not liable for pre-existing damage to your property or electrical infrastructure.
